CANCELLATIONS & STANDING ORDERS
Certain EN BAD TASTE offerings may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy arrangements. The terms below explain how these orders work, including how they may be changed or cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS
ONCE IT LEAVES THE FRONT DESK
Our fulfillment team works quickly to prepare orders for departure, with most orders entering fulfillment the same day or within 24 hours.
Because of this, all cancellation requests must be made within 60 minutes of placing your order. After 60 minutes, we cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped or changed once it has entered fulfillment.
To request a cancellation, contact The Department of Bad Decisions at roomservice@enbadtaste.com immediately with your order number.
Once your order has left the front desk, there’s no calling it back upstairs.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
A STANDING ORDER AT THE MARASCHINO
When you subscribe, you’re placing a standing order with EN BAD TASTE. Your chosen item will be delivered automatically according to the frequency selected at checkout.
Your payment information will be stored securely, and your selected payment method will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you have chosen to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may renew automatically. If you’d rather end the affair, you may cancel.
Subscriptions may be changed or cancelled at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation emails, where you can manage your upcoming deliveries.

PRE-ORDERS
RESERVED IN YOUR NAME
A pre-order reserves an item that has not yet arrived at The Maraschino or is not currently in stock.
Depending on the offering, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or payment in full at checkout. Where applicable, your payment method may be securely stored and charged for the remaining balance at a later date.
Partially paid pre-orders may be cancelled prior to fulfillment. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
TRY BEFORE YOU BUY
SENT UP FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION
For eligible try-before-you-buy items, your payment method will be authorized before your order is sent.
You’ll have the stated trial period to decide whether the item will be staying with you. If it is returned within that period according to the applicable return instructions, you will not be charged the full purchase price.
If the trial period passes without an eligible return, your payment method will automatically be charged the full amount.
Consider it room service with a little time to make up your mind.
