Shipping policy

DOMESTIC

Most in-stock orders ship within 3–7 business days.

Please allow additional time during launches, holidays, sales, and periods of unusually poor decision-making.

Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated timeline listed on the product page.

Orders over $150 USD qualify for free U.S. shipping, automatically applied at checkout.

International orders and made-to-order items are excluded and will have separate shipping costs calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL

We happily ship worldwide.
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–7 business days.

However, it is your responsibility to understand your country's import laws, customs regulations, duties, taxes, and fragrance restrictions before placing an order.

If a package is delayed, refused, seized, destroyed, returned, or otherwise lost due to customs or import issues, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or replacements.

Once your package leaves our hands, it begins a journey that occasionally involves government agencies. We wish you both the best of luck.

 

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

FOR OUR GUESTS IN THE EU

Changed your mind? It happens!

EU customers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the last item in their order, without giving a reason.

TO MAKE A REQUEST
Please submit your return or cancellation request through your customer account.

Have your order number, full name, email address, items being withdrawn, and date of purchase ready for us.

SENDING IT BACK
Once you've notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the items back.

YOUR REFUND
Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving your returned items. Your refund will include the original order value and standard outbound shipping costs. Premium or express shipping upgrades are not refundable.

A NOTE ON RETURN POSTAGE
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

A FEW EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to fragrances where the goods are no longer suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
