RETURNS & REFUNDS

All EN BAD TASTE fragrance products (perfumes and eau de parfums) are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

For all other items, returns require written pre-approval. To request a return, contact The Department of Bad Decisions at roomservice@enbadtaste.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

If approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 5 days of approval. Items returned without prior approval or outside these windows will not be accepted or refunded.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only once the returned item has been received and inspected at The Maraschino.

 

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Changed your mind? It happens!

EU customers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the last item in their order, without giving a reason.

TO MAKE A REQUEST
Please submit your return or cancellation request through your customer account.

Have your order number, full name, email address, items being withdrawn, and date of purchase ready for us.

SENDING IT BACK
Once you've notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the items back.

YOUR REFUND
Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving your returned items. Your refund will include the original order value and standard outbound shipping costs. Premium or express shipping upgrades are not refundable.

A NOTE ON RETURN POSTAGE
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

A FEW EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to fragrances where the goods are no longer suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
